In the interest of transparency, I wanted to take a few minutes to make a full disclosure about the site and my association with the Howard County, MD, Department of Fire & Rescue Services.

At 1:30 a.m. the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services was dispatched to the 6600 block of Carlinda Avenue in Columbia to assist Howard County Police. Special Operations units arrived and reported a driver trapped in a vehicle submerged
